Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Rubber stamp Craft.

Custom and personalised products

Because custom stamps, seals, engraving, and personalised products are made to your specifications, they cannot be returned or refunded once artwork, wording, or production details have been approved, unless the item is damaged, defective, or differs from the approved order.

Non-custom products

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for non-custom products that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs For non-custom products returned for reasons other than damage, defect, or an incorrect item supplied by Rubber Stamp Craft, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied due to our error, Rubber Stamp Craft will cover the return cost.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will review the request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after inspection and, where applicable, returned to the original payment method. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
